VBCG partners with small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) across a range of industries that are focused on optimizing their operations and scaling future growth. Gross revenue is less important to us than perspective; our typical client values growth and teamwork.
What types of projects do you handle?
We handle a variety of projects, with specializations in strategy and planning, process improvement, and revenue operations to improve business efficiency and increase revenue. Because SMBs are often less segmented than their enterprise peers, we know there is often significant overlap between these project areas. While we have specialty areas, we look at every business case holistically and will not be charging triple fees on one project just because it crosses specialties--don't worry.
How do engagements usually start?
Every partnership begins with an intro call to learn more about you and your needs, followed by a comprehensive in-person assessment to determine next steps.
How soon can we get started?
New projects typically commence within 2-4 weeks of approval, depending on the scope of your business needs and availability of our team. If there's a time sensitive business challenge you need help with, let us know and we will do our best to expedite your onboarding.
What are the pricing options?
We have several options available for our clients, and we take pride in providing the highest quality service at an affordable price. Our options range from hourly, project based, fractional, retainer, and value (revenue) based pricing models. At the end of the day, we know that gouging our clients doesn't help their growth or ours.
